At Health Care Herbs, we offer returns or refunds. You can get a refund within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the products are unused packaging is intact. 

For any exchange-related queries, please contact us via email or phone within 3 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of return & exchanges.

You may cancel your order anytime before it is processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number, and our exchange policy will then apply.
